Rosemarie’s distinguished career includes Federal Civil Service with the Department of Defense, US Army Europe, US Army Recruiting, US Army Cadet Command, and the US Coast Guard, as well as leading roles in career management and employee conflict resolution with the Veteran’s Administration.

She carried out her duties with sustainable service delivery and integrity.

Rosemarie developed services for the US Coast Guard Work-Life Staff in Miami, Florida and Alameda, California.  She also created the Soldier and Family support for US Army Cadet Command nationwide.  Rosemarie served the military community for thirty-five years. Clients praise her selfless service for its impeccable loyalty, attention to detail, and cultural acuity.

Family Life: Rosemarie, her husband, Stephen Spencer, and two dogs Luke and Bijou, lived in Germany and in Japan.  Rosemarie indulges in sewing and fine art embroidery. True to her compassion for people, she concentrates on the transformation from the simple to the magnificent. Family and friends say that Rosemarie is “crazy positive” and approaches her personal life as well as her business with a can-do attitude.
