Rosemarie developed services for the US Coast Guard Work-Life Staff in Miami, Florida and Alameda, California. She also created the Soldier and Family support for US Army Cadet Command nationwide. Family Life: Rosemarie, her husband, Stephen Spencer, and two dogs Luke and Bijou, lived in Germany and in Japan. Rosemarie indulges in sewing and fine art embroidery. Family and friends say that Rosemarie is “crazy positive” and approaches her personal life as well as her business with a can-do attitude.
