Rohan O. Samuels is an experienced professional in the area of Leadership, Operations, Business, and Human Resource Management. An affinity for community engagement, Rohan has served on the Board of Directors of Savon’s Academy, a leadership development program for the Royal Palm Beach community youth, and served as President for Vet’s Place, an organization that focused on reaching out to the needs of other veterans and their families throughout the West Palm Beach community, providing housing, mentorship and community engagement. By applying a strong partnership in leading, long-term strategic planning, Rohan is an integral member of the Virtual Life Coach team.

A Licensed Real Estate Broker, Rohan is currently the CEO of CHARROH REALTY INC located in West Palm Beach Florida, while managing junior agents under his direction in negotiating and executing residential, business and commercial real estate property management and sale transactions for middle and high net worth clients. Rohan served as Operations Manager for Wal-Mart Store Inc. for 2 ½ years, where he managed salaried mid-level managers and hourly associates in affecting the daily operation at Walmart’s most southern distribution center of 1.3 million square feet.  Before joining Walmart Logistics, Senior Chief Samuels retired from the United States Coast Guard after 22 years of distinguished and honorable service, where he established his skills in Leadership Development, Engineering and Operations Management. His military service spanned Europe, the Caribbean, Central and South America where he provided leadership and strategic planning consult in Maritime Law Enforcement, and Naval Engineering to the Jamaica Defense Force Coast Guard, and various military entities in the aforementioned regions. A proud Ardenne High School Alum, Rohan is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where her earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and holds a MBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Northcentral University. Rohan currently resides in Royal Palm Beach Florida with his wife and three children.
